Prick - A Short Film

'Prick' - a short film about the three P's - Penises, Pregnancy and Parenthood.

PRICK:  A SHORT FILM

“Prick” is a short film about a burglar stuck in a closet during a robbery who finds out way more about the couple he’s robbing than even they know.

Want to know what he finds out?  Then help me fund PRICK.

PRICKS ARE MADE, NOT BORN.

PRICK is a follow up to my award winning short film, SIX LETTER WORD, which screened at forty-eight film festivals, including the Telluride Film Festival and the American Pavilion at Cannes.

PRICKS ARE PEOPLE TOO.

PRICK was inspired by the time in my life when my kids were little and I was trying to be the perfect mom and wife and have a successful career.  A time when, quite honestly, all I wanted to do was to hide in a closet.

I was working too much to spend enough quality time with my toddlers and I wasn’t making much headway in my career because I had toddlers.  And I saw this happening to other parents all around me.  The best way I’ve found to handle to laugh - find the funny in everything and anything.  So PRICK is my way of helping other people find the funny in their lives.

Which brings me to actually making PRICK.

HOW MUCH DOES A “PRICK” COST?

I need to raise $10,000 to cover production, post production and festival fees.  Every donated penny will go towards making this film and getting it out there.  No donation is too small.  Even a five-dollar donation can go toward equipment or a prop - like the many condoms we’ll need.  Yep.  Condoms.  They’re a key part of this movie.

Help us hit our goal of $10,000 and be a part of the “Prick” community.  I mean really, how often do you get to say something like that?

If you donate, I won’t give you condoms, but I will give you rewards.  They’re listed on the right hand side of this page.  Check them out.  Also check out our wonderful, talented cast and crew listed below.  Help us make a laugh out loud movie.  Donate.  Spread the word by posting this link on Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, you name it.
